What to Expect
Your journey begins with a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth visit from the privacy of your home. During this session, your provider will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your medical history and current health needs, whether you are seeking Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) or standard primary care. We prioritize creating a judgment-free space where you can share your goals and concerns openly.
After your initial consultation, we establish a clear, collaborative plan for follow-up care. This includes regular virtual check-ins for medication management, clinical monitoring, and holistic wellness support. Our focus is on providing continuous, professional guidance to ensure your treatment remains effective and your progress toward recovery and lasting health is sustained.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to my first telehealth visit?
Please have a valid government-issued ID, your insurance information, and a list of any current medications. Finding a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection will help ensure a productive session.
How long does a typical consultation take?
Initial evaluations for MAT or primary care generally last between 45 and 60 minutes. This allows for a comprehensive discussion of your medical history and treatment goals. Follow-up visits are typically 20-30 minutes.
Is telemedicine care fully confidential?
Yes. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure that your medical information and video visits remain private and protected according to federal standards.
Do you accept insurance for telehealth services?
At this time, Favor Health & Workforce Consulting, LLC operates as a self-pay practice. We are actively working toward accepting insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, in the near future to further expand access to care.
Can I book if I live outside of Illinois?
At this time, our provider is licensed to deliver telehealth services to patients located within the state of Illinois. Telehealth regulations require both the patient and provider to be physically located in states where the provider is licensed at the time of the visit. We are actively pursuing licensure in additional states and look forward to expanding telehealth services in the near future.
