Favor Health & Workforce Consulting, LLC was founded by Chikira Williams, DNP, APRN-FPA, FNP-BC, CME, MSN/Ed, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience serving diverse and underserved communities.
Dr. Williams’ clinical experience includes emergency medicine, intensive care, urgent care, family medicine, leadership, and community-based healthcare. Her work has consistently centered on expanding access to care, tackling health disparities, and guiding patients through every stage of life.
Our practice was established to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that is accessible, respectful, and responsive to real-world needs. We believe healthcare should meet patients where they are, with dignity, professionalism, and purpose.
